What this app does

The "EDDE DM Assistant" app answers direct messages sent to the Instagram account @eddeglobal on behalf of EDDE Global, an international study-abroad company. Replies are written with the help of an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and EDDE Global staff can take over any conversation.

Data we process

• Your Instagram-scoped user ID, username and display name;
• The messages you send to @eddeglobal and our replies;
• Information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, study interests and education background.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions about studying abroad and EDDE Global services;
• If you share your phone number, to pass your name, number and a short summary of the conversation to our consultants through our CRM (Firmli) so they can contact you.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Processors

Message text is processed by Anthropic (AI model provider) only to generate replies. Leads are stored in our CRM provider Firmli. Conversation logs are stored on our own server (EU, Hetzner) for up to 12 months.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your conversation data at any time by emailing info@eddeglobal.az with your Instagram username. We delete it within 30 days. See also data deletion instructions.

"EDDE DM Assistant" @eddeglobal Instagram hesabına yazılan mesajlara EDDE Global adından cavab verir; cavablar süni intellekt (Anthropic Claude) köməyi ilə yazılır, istənilən söhbəti əməkdaşlarımız götürə bilər. Instagram ID, istifadəçi adı, mesajlar və özünüzün paylaşdığınız məlumatlar (ad, telefon, təhsil marağı) yalnız suallarınıza cavab vermək və nömrə paylaşdıqda məsləhətçimizin sizinlə əlaqə saxlaması üçün istifadə olunur.
